Thread: book alternatives

    I was wondering if anyone knew of an site with an extensive
    explaination of the fundamentals of actionscripting. i find tutorials that teach how to do certain things but i want to learn more about standards, coding ediquet, structure, im gonna buy a book eventually i was just hoping there was info like this availiable online.

    moock's book is definitely the best, though if you're not too familiar with general coding methods i would also recommend actionscripting in flash by philip kerman, he's member here and very helpful.

    best book

    i would greatly recommend "Foundation Actionscript" written by Sham Bhangal. There is not a better book than that, trust me.
