I'm getting the same from at least two different mailservers (I need to get in touch with Rob Stewart!)

both my own server (below) and mail.cix.co.uk are being bounced

This is a problem that you need to resolve urgently

Are you positive its not your ISP / mail setup ?

we've recieved a number of support emails, and I've tested it from an external source, and it seems fine.

Pretty sure yeah, I'm sending from aol, and have had no problems with any other address. I'll try agin just to be sure. If all else fails, I'll send it from a yahoo address.

    could it be...

Is it possible that we were sending email to the wrong address? what is your address, is it at support@insanetools.com or at your other, more updated (I think) domain ( support@mofosoft.com)

No, its definitely support@insanetools.com - we're moving domain names arouind right now. we should be fixed in about 4 hours. We will also be soon moving things to 3dfa.com

    Hello dkerr,

I've just been trying to send an e-mail to support@insanetools.com without any success. I get the same error message coming back as listed above.

Could it have something to do with the 'auto-response' that was previously or is still there?

I have a few bug finds to submit but no means to get them there (I have example movies zipped up).

    Cheers,
    Kusco
