we have a footer test thread to check your footers.
As for rating it..... nah.
I'd rather ask on why you insist on all the squiggly artwork around your user name. I guess if we need to shorten it, we could always just refer to you as - (¯`'·.¸

and the amount of time it took me to optimize that animation.
technically it did meet the 300*40 guidline because a 300*40 image or swf gives the area of 12,000 pixels squared, and the footer i had in before was actually less than 12,000 pixels squared.
but ive fixed it anyho. tell us what you think. should be a strong condtender in the footer comps.
