    i would like to know how to make a preloader that loads then my movie will play after its done. thank you very much.

    See the menu up top?

    There is a tutorial section listed under 'tutorials'.

    There should be some preloaders under the actionscript category.

    Check the tutorials section if you need to know something first, it'll save you a lot of time.
