OK, something completely unrelated to Flash...

Most of us have known about this for a while. There's already CDs that have anti-copy widgets in the them. Of course, you wouldn't know it until you tried to copy it. Let's face it, who would buy a CD knowing they couldn't copy it?

Same goes for burning. Why do CD-Rs outsell CD-RWs? Purely because ppl use them to copy music to play on the stereo. Be wise and invest in an MP3-compatible DVD player. Copy over 100 songs onto 1 CD - easy as pie. Well, at least until they start introducing the anti-copy on all official CD releases.

Get on with grabbing all the songs you can instead of wasting time signing petitions that in the end won't do s**t. Head over to http://www.audiogalaxy.com

this would never pass... its unconstitutional... the very idea of officers or any government officials entering your house defies the constitution...

and so far there has been no precedence set for officers obtaining warrants based on a home user burning copies of anything... from software/music he owns to anything he downloads..

If you're profiting from piracy then thats a different story all together.
