My movie keeps LOOPING

I am having a problem. I made a flash movie on swish but when I save it as a SWF, and open it, it plays over and over again....

how do I get it to stop looping

help?

Place a Stop action in the top row of the timeline at the end of your movie.

I am not sure how to do that...or where the top row is. like where the ruler is? Line 1?

This is the timeline:

The top row should say "scene" next to it (scene 1 in the pic above)...after all your effects are done for all of your objects (the end of your movie)..on that top row, right-click, and select "stop".

If you have an object that you want to keep looping e.g Text but not the whole movie - convert the object to a sprite. Hope this comes in handy...
