I'm creating a URL encoded text file and placing the code in an keyframe in Flash MX to export to a Flash 5 movie. I'm using %22 to replace quotation marks as i should. However, when I test the movie the %22 shows up instead of the quotes. I don't understand what the problem is. I'm using Dynamic Text and I've had HTML encoding turned both on and off and the problem still exists. Is there something else I'm doing wrong?

Sorry, I can't think of much else you could try other than taking the variable(s) from your text file and running the escape function on them to have them URL encoded and then unescape to reverse the process when it comes to display them.
