    Hi,

I've used a few certain pixel fonts and have no problems . . .but I've downloaded a bunch of new pixel fonts ( Blaster, Bitdust1, Bitdust2 . .to name a few)and most of them I can't seem to get the right size to get it crisp. . .I've checked the original folder I've downloaded to see if the owner had info on the font but nothing about the size.

Is there a way to check a font to know the right size with out going through every size there is. . cause even if I get the right size I still have to adjust the position and doing all this takes forever.

    Thanks for any help.

Note that not all fonts out there have been optimized for use in Flash, meaning that you will never get them to look crisp whatever size you use.

There is a strange misconception out there that pixel fonts were invented for Flash and they will always work with it. However, pixel fonts have been out long before Flash and have only lately been optimized to remain crisp in Flash.

    Hope this helps.
