Flash Cartoonist Needed

Hi Folks,
Im currently developing a flash content site and need good
funny flash cartoon animation, greetings, and holiday animations like sugarqube.com. I would also need cartoon characters or cute pictures of pets singing a short song with real music and lip sync as well.

Im not just interested in one animation. Id like to work with you on a long term bases. Please send me links to your current animations as well as pricings per animations.
Im looking for anywhere between 20-30 animations per month and maybe more in the future. I will need about 30 animations to start asap. Please give me a price on the first bulk of 30 animations. Please also include a time span per animation as well as the time you will need complete the first 30 animations. I will need all .fla files as well as full rights to the animations. You may not resell it to anyone else.

Please show me prices based on quality per animation.
For example, for lower quality animations, whats the price per animation as well as higher quality stuff. Show me some work you have already done and the price for that quality of work.

If you would like to work on a perminant basis as a freelancer for me, please include your monthly salary requirements.

Singing animations should last about 2 minutes or so and cartoon animations should last 30sec to 1 minute per animation.
