They're everywhere... not the HTML kind, I mean in graphics, everywhere, little horizontal lines. Is this some new eye candy plug-in I'm missing, or am I just missing the boat altogether? Whats up with all these little horizontal lines?

Very Easy... just creat a horizontal box and convert it into a symbol. Then, give it an alphs setting of 25% (for example) and animated back and forth using frame tweens. You can overlap othe instance of the same symbol to creat multiple line animating back and forth
