converting fla to mc and such!

hi all,

First, how do i convert my fla to a movie clip? In another word what is the easiest way to copy everything from different layers of a fla onto a movie clip/new scene etc...without having to click, click and click on every single layers or frames.

Second, and when I past the copied frames onto the new scene / mc the position is no longer stayed the same. Is there a way that i can paste-in-place?

Third, would the size of your swf be larger if I use loadmovie vs using internal mc? Assuming mc and swf has the same stuffs. Thanks.
