TEHRE IS NO NEED FOR CAPS. Simply select the HTML option from the Publish Settings. Then view the source of the page and copy the code into your Frontpage code.

i have tried that a lot of times but the same thing happens...... the white screen shows up and it will NEVER show my movie

You have to insert the raw code, not insert the code as text. And you have to make sure your Flash movie is in the same folder as the HTML page
