we r having a new web designing company how should i go to get some flash projects on net,,nd what r the present rates

Well, if you're just starting out, I would try to stick to business in your area. There is more often then not quite a number of small businesses that don't have sites. That's how I started. You could also check out places like http://www.elance.com and http://www.guru.com to look for jobs/projects. As far as what to charge, I would check out some of the Financial surveys on those sites.
