    how did they do xiaxia frame by frame or motion tweening?

    Frame by Frame is my guess.. be fairly hard 2 do it with tweening..

    xaio xiao 7 and 8 looked like shape tweening to me.. i haven't been here at flashkit for like four days but whats up no im not that other 13 year old kid

    shape tweening would bloat size like crazy, and not be smooth at all, frame by frame or maybe movie clips for a few things, but probably not any kind of tweens (except maybe the backgrounds now and then)

    actuarly i think the whole thing was done in 3d and converted to vectors.

    XIAOXIAO is one of the most fantatstic things i have ever come across !!

    well as to what i have seen and tried its a mixture of both flash and 3d and as far as flash goes i tried a stickman thing like xiaoxiao and believe me it has to go frame by frame tweeneing kills the look and feel of it !!

    the rotation scenes and the matrix effect in xiaoxiao is where 3d is used

    programmes like swift 3d convert it directly into swf files and then its imported into the movie thus the continuation !!

    ill tryand get some links to what i am tryin to say

    xiao xiao is keyframing i'm sure. Soem of the bits in 7+8 may have been done with tweening (the bit where he jumps thru the window and the camera sspins around him).
    I think the 3d was done in 3dsmax or swift 3d, or somthing similar.
