    When posting a question, include the following:

    What verison of Flash? (MX, 5)

    What operating system? (Windows XP, Mac OS 8)

    If avalible: What browser has the site been tested in? (Internet Explorer 6, Netscape 4)

    This should get your question answered much quicker.

    Yeah, but there are problems with that...

    1. It is in the Newbie Forum - not the General Help forum

    2. It is quite long, and a lot of people will only skim rid, get the jist of it and start posting

    someone suggested in Feedback a while ago that General Help should get an announcement like in Newbies but nothing was made of it
