I know this is totally unrelated to Flash, but the sign on the door said that no question is too stupid:
Basically, suddenly, Internet Explorer has stopped letting me save as .jpeg, and only as .bmp?
I've no idea why this is, and I was wondering if anyone out there might?

actually that is more for the general Help .
But anyway ... the problem u r facing is not due to IE , but your internet connectivity . When connectivity falls suddenlty , jpeg images which do not download properly can then only be saved in Bitmap format . Try when u got a better connection .
