Yeah on a Seimans Machine JP14 isthe usual.
But this is a laptop.
Personally I cant find a way into theMotherBoard to even find the goddambattery nevermindthe jumper.
Any ideas are apreciated.

On some laptops you can do it like this:
Take out the battery. Unplug it. Hold down the power button for at least a minute.
Plug her back in. . .
That's how it worked on mine anyway. . .

Can you go into bios and from there chose the option to reset it to it's factory defaults (via UI...not Hardware)?
Works on my desktop.

A hammer? *s*******
Er, okay, one edit later... I'm not even allowed to giggle anymore without an automatic edit? Wonderful intelligent censoring there... *laugh*

Afternoon kb. Been a while.
I still maintain my hammer theory. Or the good old classic, if the BIOS isn't patched up, and you can get into DOS...
dir >clock$
Slap that into an old machine, and watch it fall over faster than someone drinking a pint of 85% absynthe... Outputs straight into the BIOS... *cackle*
