aevium - it calculates based on the time taken to complete a set of algorithms needed for a certian untit...it WILL vary (i get between 90 and 142 marks on my 1800+). In addition...it's not hard drive space, but space allocated for UD.

aa - yep, it utilises unused CPU power.

Okay now my numbers are more realistic. . .

    Overall: 148
Proccessor: 151 (My Amd 1.5 Ghz out performs the Pentium 1.5 Ghz..take that intel! )
    Memory: 134
Storage: 20? I think this depends on your settings. . .
    Network: 179!!

Anyway, this program is a great idea. I've got it running on 2 computers now.

can't believe all of you have never even heard of this? You know that there's a Flashkit team, right?

you need to download the software, then register with the team afterwards:

there's a huge thread here, don't have the link handy, title: 'contribute to a cure for cancer' or similar.

oh, and the air-mile thing was for the 'Make A Wish' Foundation but it has now finished. they also used to offer cash/other prizes but I don't think there is anything running at the moment...

I tried to sign up, but apparently UD doesn't want my Dual Processor G4 working for them

(My computer is permanently on, attached to a T3, and not in use for large chunks of the day (asleep or lectures, usually the former))

I don't understand. My network is a measly 49. I'm using a netgear fa310tx pci adapter on cable. Way too slow comparing to all of you guys. (going to garage where .44 is located)
