You really should use the Help that came with Flash, it tells you there in plain, simple English.

Go to File>Export Movie, and then save it as a .gif.

Next time consult the Tutorials on this site or check out Flash's help file, because the answer is probably there, and you'll get your answer faster that way too.

open flash with the movie u want to export
click file>export movie or ctrl+alt+shift+s >save it under what ever name you want and then click on the dropdown box directly below the box where u typed in the name u wanted to save it under. In that box scroll down until you see .gif and choose that one and save it.
I tried it and it worked just fine.

if you mean you want to convert an already made .SWF to .GIF as far as i can tell there is no way. but from a .FLA to a .GIF just follow the method above.

i seen one converter which can convert some formats to .swf and dont know that if it can convert from .swf to .gif etc., or what ...

dear william .. in the dropdown menu (in the export to .AVI) .. there's anything except .avi .. what should i do..
u r talkin about SWiSH . right?
