I'll sign this, and could some kind of matte option be tossed in for the projectors( Mac and Windows) that aren't full screen? Hello?

Putting my two cents in. I'm an avid mac user and I'm always for improvement wherever possible

faster macs
I agree, unfortunately, though I love my mac I'm forced to design on the Mac and test on the PC. When I create music that needs to be relevant to the pictures or content playing, it works out great, but then is many many seconds faster on the PC and doesn't look right.
thanks!

sort it out macromedia, i know that mac's are designed more for people who think they look good in their front room but thats no excuse for such a poorly put together player. personally i think that mac users deserve little more but when i have a client on a mac its a whole different matter.

I'm definitely iall for a faster player, and faster Flash as well. ALSO, a bunch of the Flash MX 2004 shortcuts do not work. There is a big list of rants I have with Flash MX 2004. Also, wouln't hurt to speed up Dreamweaver.

I have a g3 ibook with 640 mb of ram and it is so disappointing that I have to have only flash opened to get anywhere close to the performance I would get on a less capable pc.

I've recently switched to a Mac for design as it really is the best platform. The percentage of Mac users to PC users is around 8%, however, the rate of professional designers using a Mac is huge compared to designers using a PC. Seeing as Flash has become a major aspect for designers, it should be in Macromedia's highest priorities to get the Mac flash player updated.
I mean, if they put the effort toward Mac versions of their software...

I'm in as well. But honestly does anybody from Macromedia even read this. From the start date of this thread I honestly don't see any progress. It's really a shame they are lagging on this...
