How can I choose?

I'm new here..
I need an urgent help please

I have some errors in my current website I think it is because of the hostin company.

I'm looking for a new host, but I'm so confuse what to choose.

my site is flashtoons site full of flash clips, I have around 1000 visitor daily, I use php codes to share pages (tell a friend PHP).
so I need a speed server to host with an unlimited bandwidth
I need it to support PHP,SQL,PERL,ASP....etc


so please any body help.
I'm not good in this (no experience)

yes flipshark

the maximum was 1800 visotor once, but now after the problem they become around 975 to 800.

people are ungery becouse of that (PHP tell friend)problem.
