Corupt File ????????????

well i am looking at losing what i hae been working on for the last two weeks, if anyone has anyhelp that would be great.

what happens when i try to open the file in or out of flash it says "seek failed on file" and i have no idea what that means if anyone could help it would be ariciated.

well i contacted macromedia and they said that there was nothing that they could do and that the file was corupt. oh well i guess this is a testement to the two file backup system
