I cant fin the "Effect" Key ?!?!!??!

I cant find the "Effect" Key in flash mx

in the flash 4 i was open window>>panels>>effect

but in flash MX when i open the window there is no effect

so anybody can give me a help plz

select something to apply the effect to, then in the property toolbar down the bottom there's a drop-down called "Effect!"

otherwise, make the properties bar viewed then do it

Man i dont find it , where is this drop-down?!?!?!

After you convert something to a symbol, click on it, and then in the properties panel there is the effect tab.
