but how do i make the bubbles leave the textbox and let them enter the box 3 seconds later?

I remember you saying before you ain't got much loot, but http://www.hostonce.com is only 4.95 a month for basically unlimited hosting. You'd have to pay the full year though. And it is also not very fast or exceptionally reliable, but it is good for personal development and testing.
