Thread: adding photo shop plug inn in Mac?

    Hi..

    Finally I have decided to try Mac..I have installed Adobe Photo Shop (WoW)..hhh..My Q is..How to add new plug inns to it?..Please notice that I have just started to use Mac..Any help will be realy appreciated,,,

    first, get some plug ins, then place them in photoshop's plug ins folder.

    i'm not sure, but i think there may be a difference between photoshop 7 plugins on mac osX and the plug ins for mac os9 and earlier...

    you install them, just as you would on MacOS X/MacOS 9.x.

    Some plugins don't have installers, and those you place in the Plugins directory where you installed on your hard drive.

    IF you want to know where you're plugin folder is (though it's not difficult to find) open photoshop, choose preferences from the file menu (in os 9) or the photoshop menu (in os x) and then choose plugins & scratch disk.
    The path to your plugins folder will be shown.

    Plugins for OS 9 will not work in OS X unless the documentation specifically says so...
