    Wow Thanks to everyone that replied.

    There are some really good ideas here.
    And thanks to "tornadogames.com" for fixing the problems. I've downloaded the Fla and I've got to find out how you fixed it.

    Also something that others have commented on the movie appears to be jerky. Is something about the way I coded it causing that?

    Hmm, I'll take a look, but I don't think it is the code. I actually think it has to do with the blood splat (the alpha fade).

    Ok, I was wrong. The alpha fade I was refering to was in the legs, but I tried removing it and didn't notice much difference (if any). Well, off to bed. Hopefully you will be able to find the problem.

    The place I would start would be to remove tweens. Your games will generally run more smoothly with math than they will with tweening so try to do scaling and other MC modifications without dragging out the timeline.
