Autorun swish file ???

I have a webpage already made up. It it possible to insert and autorun another swish file middle of a html file ( webpage ) without having to make a large animated gif file? If So How?

Dont quite understand but if u want to make the page go to another page automatically
at any frame add the action [go to url] and enter your url!

something like this
at frame 1
>go to url (www.flashkit.com)
