Every time I go to a flash site, or even create a flash movie, and preview it on a mac, it is so slow and choppy. But on a PC it plays just fine.

    Any idea why?

When you say on a mac do you mean you have been on lots of different Mac's? Or just yours?

Do you really think that Macromedia would let Flash be avalible on Apple's if it didn't work properly

all macs have a tendency of playing back flash files slower than PC's. Mostly due to what people call a "bug", but moreso for the fact that the flash players for macs are unoptimized and only seem to work well with certain framerates - like 21, instead of 20fps.

you are not alone with this issue.

Well I just rang up my mate and asked him if he has a slower FPS, and he does! Something I don't belive, but that thread you showed my does seem to have the evidence.

Why should Mac's have a disadvantage - I will sign my name up there.
