Energy Transfer

As u can see I am trying to work around the physics of the ball. I have achived to a bit.

what I want is that when a ball nears another ball and when it consequently hits it it sholud transefer its inertia to the other stationary ball which will move according to the angle of hit and intensiry of hit-ovecoming its own inertia.
