so the background scrollz, you know, like in a video game when your walking, or in 2 adnanced, the clouds moving infinitely, without stopping. I want to have a background that moves, ya know???

you are talking about COMPLETELY DIFFERENT THINGS..

the clowds moving seamlessly are a very simple tween between two instances of the same movie (you can easily see a moment when the end of a cicle merges with the meginning of the other one..).

the background moving in a videogame is naturally driven by actionscript, and the way you make it interact is directly related to the tipe of movement you want to achieve.

there are thousands of ways to create a moving background..you can make it move hardly, softly, accelerated, decelerated exc..

if you want some help on it you must tell me EXACTLY what you need..

do you want your player to move sideways or in a 3D isometric environment? is it going to be a closed environment or a ciclic open one? exc...
