simple preloader

I can't find any help in making a preloader, i downloaded some samples/tutorials but it doesnt tell me what to do, it just gives me a preloader and that's it. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Scene 1:

Frame 0:

If Frame -1 of Scene2 is Loaded
>> GoToFrame 0 of Scene 2

GoToNextFrame


Frame 5:

GoToFrame 0 of Scene1

This is always overlooked for some reason - but, it's really the most important part of the preloader (for a basic preloader anyway) ...

Using Hannibal's "steps" ..

At Frame 6 - add a "Preload Content" action ...
