    hello all,

    i understand how to load an external .swf, but i don't want it to be in the left hand corner of my movie

    i know that i have to create a movie clip to hold the newly loaded movie, but where do i create the the mc and how??

    So you mean that you want to make the loaded swf to be in the center of the stage of the main movie,isn't?^So you only have to make the swf's contents in the same exact position you want it to be in the main movie.That's what Ive done in my portfolio.

    are you loading it into a movie clip? If so you're going to have to go into your movie clip and select the graphics within that movie clip and align it with the top and left corner of your stage.
