    I want to make a website but I want to keep the html files with the text and rather just a user interface the surronds the browser so that the buttons the links between the sites are flash. Is this possible, also along with that question is it possible to make sure there is a scrollbar in this browser within the flash file and a word wrap? Thanks in advance! Chase

    I want to make a website that is flash based, but there is a lot of information(text) that i want to display. I was wondering if I can have HTML files that get opened up within the flash project I make. An analogy would be that I am making a flash TV that displays movies, the movies would be the HTML websites. basically so the channel buttons are on the TV(the flash project) but in the middle of the flash project is a screen that displays different channels or websites when the different TV buttons or navigation buttons are pressed, i will draw a little picture:

    | | | |
    | | HTML Website | |
    | | | |
    | | | |
    | |_____________________________| |
    | Flash Part... Button1 Button2 |
    |___________________________________|

    I hope this clarifies... Thanks for the help again in advance! Chase

    Chase,
    I often use a lot of text and html in my flash,
    Flash has the capacity to read html 1.0
    This means fonts(size,colour,face) underline, bold,italic, and anchors(links). This is loaded into the flash movie from a .txt file that has the formatting in it. It is a very efficient system.
    The other way of doung it is to use frames. Then use Javascript to call in the html files into the second frame.
    Other than that there is no way of displaying an actual html page inside a flash movie.
    If you need code for either the Javascript or the loadVairables("something.txt",this,"POST");
    let me know.

    ...ever thought of just having the buttons a movie of themselves with an invisible background and just place that in html? instead of taking html and putting it in flash?
