Swinging Menu/ Page

Can someone please explain how I make a menu similar to that in the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy? I was thinking of making a website where all the pages are on flash, but are in that format (except w/o the animations). You can see the trailer here. It's when Arthur opens the guide and the different colored bars swing out. Thanks,

Hi welcome to FK, should be pretty simple to do that as a menu, you need a pill shape, then create a movie clip of it animating (rotating it round) and then add a button command to it so when its pressd it goes where you want it.

I would create the pill shape in vector, far smaller file size
