    Question

if you have a layer of pure text and you chose the outline feature to make it less visible, can you export that out into the .swf file??? I have a few really cool fonts that look excellent when their layer is outlined, but sadly these fonts don't come outlined and i don't have the knowledge of font software to make my own. Anybody got any ideas?? I tried the obvious solution to make another letter slightly smaller and placing that one in the midle of the larger point, but it just doesn't line up correctly on curved fonts... Is there a way to do this - maybe in another program like freehand???

okay. create your text i your COOL fonts. make it BIG(you can always make it smaller later) now press the Ctrl key and B key simultaneously. That'll make the text a graphic. Select the Ink Outline tool from the palette. Click on each letter also clicking inside empty spaces if any(like o,e,d,b) then delete the fill.
