Thread: what is the opposite of stopAllSounds();

    Hi can anyone tell me how to reverse the effects of the stopAllSounds(); action... i mean why isnt there a startAllSounds(); action or something like that!!

    There isn't a startalllsounds() because would it start all those that are scripted in or start all those in or out of the library? StopAllSounds() works because it can only stop those that play.

    Of course its not the real reason, but it sounds good. No?

    yeah it does SOUND good. BUT I STILL NEED A SOLUTION... i have different music playing at in different parts of the movie i am making. to have separate music on/off buttons for each section doesnt SOUND like a good option.

    Well, you can make one button that tells each sound to play 1 by 1, but there is no easy way out.
