3D Cafe

How many of you guys are registered members of 3DCafe.com?, I´m wondering since it seems there´s a good bunch of 3D people here, but there´s less than 1000 members at 3dcafe forums.

I participated in their e-mail forums for some time - eventually I noticed that most of the people that did 3D for a living left. Most of the discussion was dominated by newbies wanting to post their work. Even the mildest of constructive criticism was often met with responses full of curses. Someone frequently responded with 'f**k you' to the forum moderator - they were never removed.

I eventually left as well - too bad ... there were some really cool folks there. Haven't spent much time on the new online boards. Perhaps that's a better environment.
