???Anything in Flash like Transform-Perspective in Photoshop???

I have a circle and crosshairs, that I want to simulate rotating from
a vertical plane to a horizontal plane.

How do I do a transform using perspective?
I tried just squishing it in the vertical dimension. It looks OK, but
adding perspective would be better.

I even tried the Shape Hints, it didn't work worth a crap.

Check out Adobe LiveMotion. It has skew tools just like in Illustrator. One thing though...You can only skew horizontal or vertical but not both.
