    Lightbulb

    Hi all,
I im wondering what I should do to accomplish my goal. My goal is to set up a website that provides web design services : for example - flash presentations , intros, websites etc. anyways I would be working alone. However, I would like to come up with a "fake" buisness name (as in not using my name as the web sites name) I am not planning to work with anyone else. I already know flash, html etc. but i im wondering this:
1)do i need to register as a buisness ? (im working alone to provide this i will not hire anyone else as employees)
    2) what about taxes?
    3) i know i'll need contracts so you dont need to include anything on that.

    thanks in advance.

If you are serious about the business, I would recommend hiring a lawer to draw up a contract for you, specific to your region.

Hire an accountant or at least get a copy of quickbooks to help out come tax time, learn to save all reciepts.

I think you will ned to register a ficticious name... check with your local government on permits and business registration as they will vary from state to state and country to country.
