Download the mp3 or wav to your hard disk. In flash, select File then Import to Library. Locate the sound file and click OK.

When I pay the sound in the WinZip I can hear it, but when I pay the same sound in the Library or the movie I can't hear nothing

can't hear nothing?
thats a double negative... meaning you CAN hear it!
(sorry, couldn't help myself)
try right clicking it in the library, and see if you get anything interesting that way

You can't just make a new layer and import the sound and expect it to put itself in the layer like an image would. The sound will go to the library. Just make a keyframe and select the sound that you want from the drop-down list in the Property Inspector...
-
and if you have FlashMX, make sure to make more than one frame . cause FlashMX downloads the sound in stream mode.
or you will have to change the sound mode to "event"
you will not be able to hear the stream sound thru one keyframe.

Dude,
F-clip art sounds.
there's a world out there.
just put a CD in your computer and record the audio with a sound editing program like Sound Edit 16.
use limewire and get it for free.
http://www.limewire.com
then cut that sound up.
tweak it out.
save it as .WAV if you're pc and .AIFF if mac.
in flash, go FILE<IMPORT
and grab that sound.
now it's in your library.
drag an instance of it onto your stage and make sure
your volume is up.
if you already have imported a sound into your .FLA library, then try dragging an instance of it onto the stage.
for more sounds,
try a search on google for "free drum kits"
peace_

Sorry Maldepatria to use your thread for this question.
I'm looking for a cool sound for a slide menu, where a frame is sliding and stops at a men u item. I found sometimes on some sites but never found it in sound libraries. Any ideas?
