    Question

I made a small animation in 3D MAX, rendered the out as BMP sequence and then imported in Flash. On making a shockwave format of the file the file size still remains heavy. To display it on the net it should be further compressed in order to download fast, how should I compress it ?

    Thumbs up

Well, obviously, you still use bitmaps within your .swf ! Try to Trace Bitmap and turn it into vector. But if you are about to keep vectorized some complex bitmaps, your SWF will not get smaller
