    Theres a bunch of things to try:

    - make sure text block is positioned by complete pixel - for your x y position something like 200 px over (ie not 200.65 px)

    - make text dynamic instead of static

    A couple of weeks ago I came across a good site about this but I can't find it now! Sorry.
