    Hi,
    I 'm trying to make a movie that a part of it will present
    lyrics of an artist.
    I have many buttons that each one calls with "tell target" a movieClip that contains the lyrics(they are load from an aexternal file).

    The problem is that because the movieClips are load in the same place, the 3rd (for example) covers the 1st.

    Is there a way to always appear in front?

    thnx very !

    check out movieClip.swapDepths()

    myMovieClip.swapDepths(depth);

    depth should just be some number, like 100 is probably good.

    Just put this code on the same button that calls the movieclip open.

    GoOd Luck!

    The unload method seems to disappear all the others..and the buttons not to work anymore
    There are 11 buttons
    At the first I tried somethin like this:

    on (release) {
    tellTarget ("albumasong01") {
    gotoAndPlay(2);
    }
    unloadMovie("albumasong02");
    unloadMovie("albumasong03");
    unloadMovie("albumasong04");
    unloadMovie("albumasong05");
    unloadMovie("albumasong06");
    unloadMovie("albumasong07");
    unloadMovie("albumasong08");
    unloadMovie("albumasong09");
    unloadMovie("albumasong10");
    unloadMovie("albumasong11");
    }

    at the second:
    I changed the "unloadMovie("albumasong02") with "unloadMovie("albumasong01")

    at the third:
    I changed the "unloadMovie("albumasong03") with "unloadMovie("albumasong01")

    ...and so on.

    The result is: after I release a button then noone button works.

    thnx for your responses!
    chris
