The swfaddvars script at
http://www.fontimages.org.uk/flash/swfaddvars.html
is a neat application.
How would I specify the .swf as opposed to allowing the user to upload the file.
It would help if I could do this in both HTML and FLash.
Could someone help with this?

Don't understand your question. Would you like to brows .swf-files via search?

I mean like this.
User arrives at site, chooses from a selection of cards.
Once user clicks on card, he is given a form to customize the card.
Once the text is entered, he clicks submit, and the customized card starts to download.
