Question for CodeJedi's only

I have this digital stopwatch with millisec, Now I want to go to frame "equal" when the varible "stopwatch" = the variable "time" and to go to frame "dead" when the varible "stopwatch" > the variable "time".

Is it possible, I have been messing around with if & else and so on but can't get it to work.
Please I really need some help on this one.
