    ive seen some web sites (with flash) that have blur effects (like motion blur in photoshop) to simulate fast moving action (besides using high frame rates) in there intros. how is this done? any suggestions? thanx!

    oh.. ive seen photoshop/flash tutorials on it.. is there any other way?
