    How do you animate a flag with a ripple...???!!!?!?!

    Help would be appreciated.

    No easy way really if you want it to look realistic. The best way would be to model the flag in 3dsmax or a similar program, add a displacement riplle map to it and export it as a series of bitmaps. Alernatively find one already done on the net!
