    My thoughts...

    Add an image or two with a nautical theme, say a background image of a helm or something.

    dont overdo the test effects, and speed up the effect on the header.

    A personal thing, but I hate the times font, but thats just me!

    Keep it up, and remember that this is only my 2 cents

    I agree... looks for an image font (webding, etc) that includes medical images.

    Also, Billing is misspelled...
