Burn a flash file to a VCD

Hello....Does anyone know how I can take a flash file and burn it to a VCD for my supervisor??? The file is "protected by the author" my first idea was to import it into flash and save it as a avi - convert it to mepeg but since it is protected I cant import it....PLEASE HELP!!!

if it is protected by the author then you obvously shouldn't try to modify it (design or format).

You might be able to get other programs to convert swf to avi or even mpeg. that'll be your best bet.

I didnt want to modify it....I just want to burn it and I dont know how to convert it to a mpeg or avi if i cant import it......I also dont know who the author is because someone emailed it to me.....is there anyting that can convert from swf to mpeg with out going to avi first??
