Video transefer from Flash for TV media

If I working on TV media production and I m working with a movie in Flash 5 or Flash MX. What should be the procedure from beginning to video transfer in digital format. Pls give me total guide.

I created a Flash movie that was used for an ad on local MTV cable station. After setting it up to fit televsion viewing areas. (See "Broadcast" in your templates) I saved the file in .AVI
format. I also saved the sound clips sepeartely on a disc and gave them to the editor at the cable station, who gave m a dirty look. However, using his Fast system it imported with no problems. We then synched the audio using his system.

Worked great.

(Sorry I cannot remember frame rates.)
